After three decades in the industry, he maintains unparalleled relationships, a dynamic and powerful roster of clients, and first-hand experience on how to build a successful media company.

    Jon Rosen

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jon Rosen was a WME Board Member, Senior Partner, head of the agency's Branded Lifestyle Group, and Co-head of WME’s Worldwide Non-Scripted Television Department. An East Coast native, Rosen was born and raised in northern New Jersey. He attended Boston University where he earned a B.A. in Psychology, as well as four varsity letters as a member of the Terrier Soccer Team.

    Rosen began his career in entertainment as an assistant to the Vice President of the Oscard Agency. In 1994, he joined the venerable agent training program at the William Morris Agency and was promoted to agent in 1997. In 2005, Rosen was made WMA's Head of East Coast Television after having served as Senior Vice President and Head of East Coast Cable/Syndication for the agency. Rosen was promoted to Executive Vice President and elected to the William Morris Agency Board of Directors - one of the youngest agents ever to hold that distinction in 2007. In 2009, the William Morris Agency merged with the Endeavor Agency to form WME, and Rosen was named to the WME Board of Directors in 2011. Additionally, Rosen has been a part of the illustrious training program, in helping to shape the future agent pool at WME as well as the head of the NY office.

    In 2007, Rosen launched the agency's Branded Lifestyle Group, which aims to build multiplatform businesses for personalities and brands in all areas of lifestyle entertainment. Under Rosen's guidance, the group takes a holistic approach to representation, providing opportunities and strategies for clients across all areas of the company, including television, merchandising, licensing, publishing, and digital distribution.

    In addition to his executive management and leadership responsibilities within the agency, Rosen continues to and has represented various personalities, production companies, broadcasters, and producers, including:

    * Robin Roberts overall Disney/ABC News deal, one of the largest in history
    * Stephen A. Smith Disney/ESPN overall deal, one of the largest of its kind
    * Bobby Flay overall Discovery/Food Network deal, one of the largest in history
    * All-encompassing lifestyle merchandising and licensing deals for Bobby Flay at Kohl's, Giada De Laurentiis at Target and Rachael Ray at Walmart

    Rosen has sold and negotiated many unprecedented, groundbreaking shows including "Cake Boss", "Rachael Ray Talk Show", "Beat Bobby Flay", "Throwdown", "Stephen A’s World", "Alex Rodriguez ESPN Sunday Night Simulcast", "Amy Schumer Learns to Cook", "Dancing With Myself' with Shakira, "America's Next Great Restaurant," "This is Life with Lisa Ling", "Flea Market Flip", "Everything But the House", "Fashion Star", "Sunday Morning with Willie Geist", "Know Mercy with Stephen A" Podcast.

    In 2001, Rosen was named to The Hollywood Reporter's ‘Next Generation,’ a list of the top 35 industry executives under the age of 35. In 2006, he was named Entertainment Marketer of the Year by Advertising Age, and in 2012, Rosen was named a Daytime TV Impact Honoree by Variety. In 2016, Jon was named to Variety’s ‘Sports & Entertainment Impact Report.’ In 2019, Jon was named to Variety's ‘New Power of New York List.’ Rosen has been an angel investor in various companies including, Bombas Apparel, Olo / online ordering tech platform, Made by Nacho, Rally and New Fare Investments. He has also been involved in charities such as Share Our Strength, Fallen Heroes, Autism Speaks, and Make A Wish.

    Julia Bodner

    Partner, Talent Manager

    Julia Bodner is a Partner and Talent Manager at Envisionary. She joined the company, which offers comprehensive representation and advisory services, in 2024.

    Bodner will be responsible for managing a roster of clients and helping to further build out the representation, production, and consulting arms of Envisionary. With an entrepreneurial lens, she will continue to use her skillset to build 360 businesses around her clients, while continuing to develop and produce television projects.

    Prior, Julia spent over a decade as an Agent in the Television Department of William Morris Endeavor. While at WME, Julia specialized in Non-Scripted TV and represented talent across lifestyle, comedy, music and more with an additional focus on selling premium documentary content with her filmmaker, producer and production company clients.

    Before joining William Morris Endeavor, she held multiple positions in the film production and fashion worlds. Julia grew up in New Jersey and is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications where she received her BA in Television, Radio & Film.

    Kate Tressel

    Chief of Staff, Talent Manager

    Kate Tressel is Chief of Staff at Envisionary and comes from WME—departing with Rosen in January 2024.

    Tressel will be responsible for helping expand the company, manage day-to-day operations, help service existing talent and scout new talent for the firm.

    Before moving over to Envisionary, Kate spent 2 years at William Morris Endeavor in the Television Department after her stint at Film 45 working for the President. At WME while working for Jon Rosen, she supported his dynamic client list spanning across news, food, lifestyle, and sports. At Film 45, she worked on major productions like the NFL Honors, Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show, and The Oscars Red Carpet Show on ABC, amongst others.

    Some of Tressel’s other experience includes advertising where she focused on fashion content (i.e. Hermés, Marie Claire Magazine) and TV production (i.e. Miss Universe). As a child born from two working Producers, she moved between Florida, Los Angeles, and New Jersey. She graduated from Northeastern University where she received her BA in Communications and Business Administration.

    Jessi Ellin

    Director of Brand Partnerships

    Jessi Ellin serves as the first Brand Partnerships hire at Envisionary Management. Based in Los Angeles, she leads strategic collaborations that bridge talent and brands, driving cultural impact and commercial success.

    Before joining Envisionary, Jessi was Director of Brand Partnerships at Sony Music’s Columbia Records, where she spent over three years spearheading disruptive brand collaborations for the label’s elite artist roster. She played a pivotal role in shaping groundbreaking campaigns, digital content, event sponsorships, and music video integrations—including Lil Nas X as the face of Vitamin Water, Addison Rae partnering with Victoria’s Secret, Dominic Fike for Marc Jacobs shot by Harmony Korine, and The Kid LAROI launching his own Erewhon smoothie.

    Jessi began her career at William Morris Endeavor in the Global Brand Partnerships division, where she was an agent trainee. She holds a BA in Film, TV, and Media with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
